Welcome to South Quay Plaza Construction

Dear residents of Tower Hamlets,

The purpose of this website is to keep you, our external stakeholders, up to date with all construction activities taking place at South Quay Plaza and provide you with another line of communication. Here, you will be able to find information on our progress to date, as well as upcoming works in the next few months. We are also very much interested in hearing your views and opinions on whether we are being considerate constructors. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and will be used to improve the way in which we operate.

The 'Our Vision' tab will provide you with more information on our commitments as a business and how we are performing as a project team at South Quay Plaza. You can also use this website to find out more about our apprenticeship programme and the variety of employment opportunities available at South Quay Plaza and with Berkeley Homes (Capital) in general.

South Quay Plaza is a registered site with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) and therefore we and our contractors abide by the Code of Considerate Practice. The Code is designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements and as a registered site we have made a number of commitments relating to appearance, the local community, environment, everyone's safety and our workforce.

We organise regular residents consultation evenings, which you are all more than welcome to attend and express any concerns or queries you may have. We care about the communities in which we operate and our neighbours. Information on community gestures, charity involvement and posters of where and when residents consultations will take place can be found on our Community page.

If you require any further information or have any questions, queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Thank you for your cooperation during the construction of South Quay Plaza. Your support and understanding while we are undertaking the works are crucial to the success of this project.
